Vista by LLumar SpectraSelect VS60 SR CDF is a light architectural window film. It offers selective infrared control that rejects solar heat while preserving daylight. With 66% visible light transmission (VLT) on single-pane clear glass, it balances daylight with solar control. Its spectrally selective finish helps designers, owners, and facility teams coordinate glass with building architecture. The product fits storefronts, homes, and commercial spaces needing strong solar heat rejection with minimal light loss. It solves comfort, glare, fading, and energy-management issues on untreated glass.

Heat, Glare, and Daylight Performance

Under manufacturer NFRC test conditions, the film delivers 55% total solar energy rejected (TSER). It also cuts summer solar heat gain by 48%. This moderates hot spots near windows and lowers cooling demand during sunny weather. The film provides 27% glare reduction, which improves comfort around televisions, computers, displays, and work surfaces. Because it transmits 66% of visible light, property owners match the shade to room daylight goals rather than judging by heat rejection alone.

UV, Infrared, and Interior Protection

The film blocks over 99% of ultraviolet rays from 300 to 380 nm. Cutting UV radiation exposure slows premature fading on floors, furniture, fabrics, artwork, and merchandise. No film stops fading entirely because light, heat, humidity, and fabric materials also cause damage. SpectraSelect VS60 SR CDF delivers 77% infrared energy rejection and 87% selective infrared rejection under manufacturer testing. These figures support performance ratings, while TSER measures overall solar performance.

Reflectivity, Views, and Privacy

Visible reflectance is approximately 10% on the exterior and 10% on the interior. These figures help explain how noticeable the finished glass may appear from each side and how reflections may affect outward views. Daytime privacy can vary with lighting conditions, film shade, glass, and viewing angle, so it should never be guaranteed. Window film does not create nighttime privacy: when the interior is brighter than outside, blinds, shades, curtains, or another covering are required.

Interior glass, installed by a LLumar dealer. Covers bubbling, corrosion, crazing, delaminating and peeling. Must be edge sealed if installed within 10 km (6.2 miles) of the ocean. Optional Residential Gold Warranty available. Vista residential warranty transferable one time only; commercial warranties are not transferable.
