We had OOVO Window Films put a privacy film on our large bathroom windows this week.  I LOVE the results!  Kayvan listened and showed me options on the window film.  I thought I knew what I wanted but he came up a better choice and ultimately could install more quickly. Now we have the privacy we need and still have light coming in. [TLDR: Elmer and Kavyn Rubio at Oovo Window Films did a FANTASTIC job. They take the time to make sure you’re happy and the work will last + they’re super accommodating with your schedule and needs! In Dallas, I usually expect to pay extra for this level of attention to detail and service, but they do it because that’s just their core values in business and quality. I’ll definitely use them again next time I move!] My street-facing windows were frustrating. You could see straight inside, and even with shades closed the direct sun turned the apartment into a greenhouse. I couldn’t stand within 3 feet without sweating, even in winter. I also wanted some reinforcement to help deter burglars (since I’m renting, I can’t outright replace entire windows for reinforced versions). I reached out and had a good consultation with Elmer and Kavyn. They listened to everything about my privacy, heat, and security concerns and recommended the right films (thick clear on the non-street windows and thick tint on the street-facing ones). The install went smoothly and they blocked out the entire day instead of rushing to finish in order to get to other customers (other companies prioritize quantity over quality, so you usually get subcontractors who don’t even work for the company you researched and hired). Kavyn was professional and careful with my space, the cleanup was spotless, and the team worked quietly. I’m pretty anxious about having people in my home, but I could keep working from home without any stress. The results look great!!! None of my guests even notice the films because the application was so precise + they matched the colors perfectly so everything blends in to the property’s aesthetic. Wayyy better than cheap Amazon stuff. The privacy is solid, the heat is blocked, and my electric bill has already dropped even as it gets hotter. I’ve been showing it off to neighbors and family! Excellent customer service with text messages for communication.  They had many different types to choose from and no high pressure sales.  They arrived on time to install the film and I noticed a big difference in the temperature inside the cabana after the installation.
